Many of our students live and work in the United States while remaining family members await the VISA process to come to the United States. Our former Seton student, Silvain, has been trying to bring over his family from Haiti for over a year now! So when we received a phone call from Silvain asking if he could visit and introduce his son, John, we said COME ON OVER! John is the first of Silvain’s children to arrive and next week his daughter, Merlande, is scheduled to arrive. Such great news all around!
We’ll be helping John in his job search so if you know of a job lead, we’d love to hear it! John has a certificate in Philosophy and is interested in Computer Engineering. He is fluent in French and Haitian Creole. His English is limited, but we know he’ll be working hard to learn! If you would like to help us help John, please email us at info@englishatwork.org.
