The Rock a Charity party was a success! English at Work came in 2nd place and we won enough funds to help 20 of our healthcare students get the language skills they need to serve patients better and protect themselves from injury on the job.
Thank you to all of the E@W community that came out to support us. It was so nice to see all of your faces, catch up, and enjoy the night! Tremendous thank you’s to Link Coworking and Austin Involved for not only hosting Rock a Charity, but coming up with an ingenious idea for local non-profits to spread the word about the work they do. Congratulations to the other two non-profits competing that night as well - HeliOS and Well Aware. The work you both do is helping to change lives both locally and globally.
